You cut up the mushrooms and use them to make the stock. Then you strain them out and reserve the liquid. Then it says add the sliced the mushroom caps. Are these the mushrooms from the stock? Or do we not use all of the mushrooms above for the stock and save some to saute? Thanks for the help and all of the yummy looking recipes.
